We are excited to have you be part of this experience and look forward to seeing you soon. Please be sure to book your lodging as soon as possible. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING YOUR OWN ROOM. You will be required to book your room with your credit card, but upon checking in to the venue, the room and taxes will be moved to the NMPED's master billing account.Upon registering for the event, you will receive a pop up message with the link for booking your room. Please be sure to book your room using this link only. All rooms booked through other methods will not be elligible for payment from NMPED. Also, please be sure you select the dates corresponding to the answers within your registration.
Any names on the hotel registration that do not correspond to an attendee will be removed from the block. If you have your room booked under a separate name, please be sure to notify the event team at literacyconvening@swrecnm.org.
