I have been in education for over 20 years. Throughout these years, I have always been passionate about teaching reading. I have been National Board Certified in Literacy since 2007 and am currently being trained to be a LETRS facilitator. I have endorsements in reading and TESOL as well as am trained in GLAD. I am currently a structured literacy coach with the Southwest Education Regional Cooperative. I am a native of New Mexico and love our state and am so excited to be a part of supporting teachers in making the transition to implementing structured literacy with fidelity to support the students of New Mexico.
