With 31 years of experience in the education field and 17 years of experience in educational leadership, Ms. Ferrari has been determined and passionate to gain a deep understanding of how students learn to read so that all students succeed. She has been in a teacher, an instructional coach, a principal, and has held a district leadership role. She currently is a leadership consultant and travels across the country working with districts and schools to implement the reading science and structured literacy principles. In all these roles she empowers and creates an environment where people feel safe to learn and implement the Science of Reading. She truly wants every student to be a reader and strives in all her roles to ensure that happens.
