Dr. Rose Olmstead is a state literacy coach with the New Mexico Public Education Department. With a background in education ranging from elementary, middle school, and adult learners, she brings a wealth of classroom experience to her coaching practice. Dr. Olmstead earned her Doctorate in Education from Northcentral University in the spring of 2021, specializing in English Language Learner (ELL) instruction. Her passion lies in supporting educators and students through evidence-based literacy practices that promote equity and academic success.
