About me
Nicole Ormandy, M.S. Ed. is the Head of Research and Product Development at AIM Institute for Learning and Research, where she is responsible for designing professional learning solutions centered around reading, writing, and inclusive practices for culturally and linguistically diverse populations. In consultation with researchers and literacy experts across the nation, Nicole synthesizes and disseminates research, practical classroom practices, and evidence-based strategies through presentations and online course content. Nicole was previously an Elementary and Special Education teacher.
