About me
Jessica Winchester is a Disciplinary Literacy Coach with the NWREC2. She was born and raised in Stanley, NM where her family had a cattle ranch, and also raised show pigs and sheep. She attended New Mexico State University and received her BS in Agriculture Education in 2017. After graduating she started her career in education as an Agriculture Science Teacher in Roswell, NM. During this time, she also earned her MA in Educational Administration through Grand Canyon University. In 2022, she stepped into administration and spent the next 2.5 years as an administrator in Roswell, NM. Jessica currently lives in Las Cruces, NM with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, crafting, going camping, hiking and creating a life full of adventures for her boys.
