About me
My name is Geraldine Herrod and I work at the district office in the Curriculum & Instruction Department as the Elementary School Coordinator. I have been a classroom teacher in elementary and secondary, I also have been an elementary principal, high school principal, instructional coach, and an academic specialist. I have trained schools, district leaders, school boards, and community on school improvement, academic programs, MTSS/MLSS implementation and components, SAT/504s, PLC implementation, academic (ELA & Math) programs, data analysis and action planning, deconstruction of Common Core Standards, Early Literacy, project base learning, cultural bridging in the classrooms, interventions, coaching teachers and administration, and mentoring administration and teachers.
